Test drive

Well, the insurance company doesn't want to fix Knud, my beautiful Volvo. It's more expensive than his market value. I took some pictures of his damage and when swestrup downloaded the pictures from the camera, he named the photos "Knud RIP 2004-04-13 001.jpg", etc. That's the first time I actually cried about the collision and losing my car.

I'm off to Swedish Auto to test drive a 1993 Volvo 850. It's not in as good condition as Knud was.

I didn't go for the test drive today. I will go Monday. Here's some pictures of Knud at the Volvo dealership, waiting to be brought to salvage. The car was only damaged at the rear. It didn't even break any windows. It's hard to believe that the damage costs more to repair than the market value. Damned SUV was tall enough that it hit the trunk before it hit the bumper.
