Test drive

Well, the insurance company doesn't want to fix Knud, my beautiful Volvo. It's more expensive than his market value. I took some pictures of his damage and when swestrup downloaded the pictures from the camera, he named the photos "Knud RIP 2004-04-13 001.jpg", etc. That's the first time I actually cried about the collision and losing my car.

I'm off to Swedish Auto to test drive a 1993 Volvo 850. It's not in as good condition as Knud was.

I'm in mourning. Knud was such a great car, and besides making life convenient, he made you so happy. Getting another car will be like getting a new cat after the old one dies, filling the hole but never really replacing.
