car inspection mixup
Mar. 22nd, 2004 08:57 pmI went to Swedish Auto to meet Andrew and have him inspect a 1993 Volvo 850. I'm looking for a replacement for Knud. But, the folks at Swedish Auto thought I was going to look at a 1989 Volvo 740, so the 850 wasn't there. It would be back at 14h. Unfortunately, Andrew didn't have any open timeslots today. He was very nice about his wasted trip and didn't charge me. He's the guy that does the inspections for the APA. He has inspected cars for me before and he does and excellent job.
We are now all agreed that on Wednesday at 13h, I and Andrew will be there to inspect the 850. Unfortunately I will have to use public transit to get there and it takes over an hour by bus and train or one and a half to two hours by bus. :(
