taxladyI've been trying to get my sleep times back to "normal". I got up Thursday at 22h30 and went to bed Friday at about 17h30. I woke up at 22h30 with a headache. swestrup woke up about a half hour ago, I made coffee.
I took some AC&Cs (Acetylsalicylic acid [aspirin], Codeine, and Caffeine) for the headache and true to form, it took over an hour for the headache to go away. I don't understand my reaction to pain meds. ASA (aspirin) isn't strong enough; Tylenol does absolutely nothing (not even in combination with codeine); ibuprofen works in about 10 minutes. But, ibuprofen only works the once. After several months of not using it, it works again - once.
So, will I go to sleep like I should? I doubt I will go soon - I'm not the least bit sleepy. I want to be back on a more "normal" schedule.
