Has anyone else seen the TV ad for a new Remington hair dryer? Every time I see the part with "do you use the bobbing method?" I wonder, "Is she drying her pubes?" So, do other people see it that way? Or am I the only perve?

First thing that went into my head when you said "Remington hairdryer" was the imagine of a woman sticking a typewriter in her hair.

Then you said "the bobbing method" and my mind went straight back to the 1920s. I have no idea what "the bobbing method" is exactly, but I imagine it to be some way of styling the hair so you don't need hairpins to keep it in place. Or you can't use hatpins to keep your hat attached to your head. Something to do with not using pins.

Well, back in the '20s, a bob was a very short haircut.

In the commercial it's the woman bent over with her head upside down and I guess she's bouncing it up and down. However, she is only wearing underwear or very short shorts, so you see these long naked legs on a woman bent over.
