wasted day
Nov. 24th, 2003 07:51 pmI got up too early today. I phoned my client and said I was still trying to get answers from Intuit about buying QuickBooks Pro TM. I had way too many phone numbers. I think I got the phone numbers sorted out. I phoned and was told, no phone this number. Then they would say to phone the first number. It took forever to get a consensus on the money back guarantee. Never mind the details, but I spent the whole day on this and it still isn't resolved. I'm supposed to phone the head ProAdvisor guy tomorrow morning. He thinks he will have it figured out then.
I didn't even get a chance to tell them about the mistakes on their website: the link to their privacy policy doesn't work, they answered two questions with the same answer, even thought it wasn't relevant, and "(such as example, example)".
I'm going to take a nap.
