Does anyone know what this kind of cabbage is called in English? It's called "Spidskål" in Danish.

Oxheart cabbage, I believe. Don't think I've ever seen it in stores in Montreal though.

I do believe you are right. I googled images of Oxheart cabbage and got the same picture. I prefer the Danish, it means pointy cabbage.
