crabbing about Fido
Dec. 29th, 2009 03:06 pmFido is my cell phone provider. I have an add-on called Fido Pro. It gives me all sorts of goodies. It hasn't been available for years. I have it because it is grandfathered. Once upon a time I used to get faxes. I got the $3 fax messaging add on. Well, faxing is last millennium technology and I have no use for it anymore. Fido will stop offering fax messaging at the end of this year. But, they are still going to charge me for it!
They say that I can cancel my Fido Pro. But, even with paying the extra $3/month for the non-existent fax messaging, it's cheaper than any of their other deals, so they don't think I should complain about paying the $3/month extra. grrrr I won't be cancelling Fido Pro, but I think it is unreasonable to make me pay for a service they don't offer.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
