"Canadian action plan against unsolicited commercial electronic mail (spam) — Extension of comment period
Notice is hereby given that Industry Canada has extended until August 30, 2004, the period to make written comments on An Anti-Spam Action Plan for Canada, which was announced on May 11, 2004, and published in the Canada Gazette on June 12, 2004.
Interested persons may make written representations on the Action Plan and forward them to Mr. Richard Simpson, Director General, Electronic Commerce Branch, Industry Canada, 300 Slater Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0C8.
