Oct. 27th, 2003 12:19 amI made the filling for tourtière* and it's cooling in the fridge. I'm about to make the dough for the crusts of three or four pies (don't tell
swestrup - I might make apple pie too), so it will have had a chance to chill for several hours. Then it's off to bed.
I am bring Knud, the Volvo, to Swedish Auto as early as possible tomorrow. I'll probably need a new battery. Hopefully, there won't be problems in the electrical system.
*Tourtière is a traditional French Canadian meat pie. It is usually made from three different kinds of ground meat, potatos, onions, and spices. It's made with a double crust and it's yummy.
