biz phone web annoyance

I have a business phone line. Bell has a site called "eportal" where I can download my statements. I can also do all sorts of fancy comparisons. It might be more useful if I had multiple phone lines. But, oh good grief, that is the worst site for downloading statements. First I have to navigate a maze to get to the statements. Then, I use a pull down menu to choose a statement. Then, I have to click "view" and then "export". I can export in various formats, e.g., PDF, CSV, etc. Then it takes forever to generate a PDF which I can save or view. No matter which statement I choose, the file name is the name for the current month's statement. And, each of these pages loads incredibly slowly. In the time it takes to download and save a statement from Bell's site, I could go upstairs and scan all the pages of the statement and go back downstairs to my office, with time left over.
I don't think I will choosing their paperless option just yet.
