Stuccoing the basement wall

Reno update.
We finally had the time and energy to stucco part of the wall in our basement. Now, you may ask, "Why the heck would you stucco a wall? Stucco is horrible indoors." Well, we moved a wall. There is already stucco on the big part of the wall, and a plain cinder block wall in the area that is now in the "rec room" part of the basement. It's the easiest, cheapest way to deal with it.

Date: 2007-05-05 08:35 pm (UTC)You are very sensible. I would have looked at the wall and said, 'I have always wanted to try Venetian plaster!' And then hundreds of dollars and hours and hours of work would ensued. (I still would like to try it...somewhere, someday!
