Who designed the little "hats" that go on the Brita filters? Those are one of the most annoying things in my kitchen. It is an exercise in frustration and  next to impossible to set the date on those things. You set the number and then when you try to set the month, the number changes and vice versa. The other problem with them, is that they don't want to stay on the filters. I carefully line up "tab A with slot B", push, twist, and then it falls off. When I first started using them, back in 1995, I assumed it was me who couldn't figure it out. But, it's not me, the damned things are badly designed. As you may have guessed, I had to change one today.
