Cell phone arrived

I finally got my replacement cell phone. The old one seems to have broken sound chip. It phones and does everything fine, but not a peep. No rings, can't hear anyone and they can't hear me. This happened in the middle of last month. I phoned and was promised a replacement phone within a week (it's still under warranty). A week later, no phone. They checked. The "ticket" was there, but it hadn't been sent. So, now it's something special and it takes even longer. I was promised a new phone by 2007-04-10. Even though it arrived five days before the deadline, it's still a long time, especially during income tax season.

I haven't been without a cell phone. I stoleborrowed swestrup's cell phone and put my SIM card in it. But, it didn't have my calendar, or all my contacts, or a camera, or speaker phone. We are both relieved to have our own phones back. Now, I will have to get a cable to hook my phone to my computer so I can get all the info off the old phone and onto the new one.
