Coffee grinder from Loblaw's

It's a "burr" coffee grinder - not the whirly blade kind. But, the danged burrs are ceramic. It doesn't really grind coffee fine enough for espresso. It produces "dust", which gives the coffee a funny taste and leaves more dregs at the bottom of the cup. I think it's because the burrs are ceramic, instead of metal, that there is a huge amount of static. Tap the side of the grinder and coffee flies every where. It's very annoying. I've had it since late December. I finally put it away. I might use the burr grinder for drip coffee or Bodum coffee. Back to my Braun whirly blade grinder. The improvement in the coffee was immediately noticeable. Lots more crema (foam) and better flavour. It's a bit more effort, but well worth it.
