taxladymayonnaise (not Miracle Whip or other "salad dressing")
enough ketchup to make it light pink
pickle relish
capers (optional)
small amount of Dijon Mustard (optional)
minced onion or onion powder
Stir everything together. It should be light pink with a fair amount of green stuff. Taste it and adjust ingredients to taste.
