First seasonal party

We just got back from a party at Computerease. They have just moved to Westmount and the party was at the new store. The food was really nummy and so was the champagne. Edwina (the owner) was looking particularly good, even though she is exhausted from the move and there are three days of moving left.

We ran into some friends, P and T. T invited us for coffee at his house. Typical of T, he wouldn't make the coffee until he had his supper. It didn't even occur to him to offer us supper. Oh my, the man can still surprise me.

What?! You had to sit around unfed while this guy ate, so you could have coffee with him afterwards?

LOL, yes, while he and his wife ate. But, we weren't hungry - we had eaten plenty of the yummy food at the party. Sti had to ask for a glass of water twice and explain that he was thirsty!

I just sort of shake my head and giggle.
