One day I will be able to sync my phone

So far, in the quest to synchronise my cell phone's address book, calendar, etc. I have:

1. Installed MS Office, so I would have Outlook
2. Installed the Sony Ericsson PC suite
3. Attempted to synchronise with my phone, but it failed
4. Discovered that I need MS Outlook 2000 SR1 or higher
5. Googled to find out what SR1 was and read too many pages on the MS website
6. Discovered that I should have installed USB drivers for the phone, but the computer can see the photos on the phone and copied all of them
7. Downloaded FullSR1.exe
8. Installed FullSR1.exe
9. Rebooted my computer several times
10. Attempted to synchronise with my phone, but it failed
11. Decided to uninstall the Sony Ericsson PC suite and got an error message about drive C - I don't have a drive C, when I got my computer they had put Windog on drive H and I never bothered to fix it, but now it's kinda too late.
12. Tried to reinstall the Sony Ericsson PC suite, but I got an error about drive C and it says that it never really installed

So, I guess tomorrow I will try calling Sony Ericsson. I found a number for Canada. Last time I looked I only found one for Sweden.
