Darn! I want cheese on toast. I looked at the clock and I've just missed one of my two daily four hour "dairy food windows". The instructions that came with the antibiotic I'm taking say that I have to wait six hours after eating dairy products (or taking certain supplements) before taking the pill and two hours after taking the pill. If I don't, the pill won't work as well.
