We came home from a pot luck a couple of hours ago. It was hosted by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
le_maistre_e and dimitrikoulis. I had a great time and met some very nice people. The food was good too. In particular: a very tasty dip made by Jen and tygrbabe's famous, "Montréal's best", vegan, brownies (they are the best brownies I have ever tasted and they are mostly organic and fair trade).
We took some photos, but we aren't very good at that:
There was one sad moment. I saw someone with short curly brown hair. And, just for a moment, I thought it wasdenizsarikaya. I nearly said, "Hi Deniz", but then I remembered. (For those of you who didn't know her, she died in February 2005 at the age of 27.) I told swestrup and burst into tears. I guess there is still a Deniz sized hole in my life.
