Squirrels

This morning I noticed that someone had smashed a pumpkin in the area in front of our house. There was one very happy squirrel enjoying pumpkin seeds, so I don't mind the mess.

Whatever possessed me? I signed up for NaNoWriMo. I've managed 140 words so far. It isn't even a story yet - just various attempts to start something. For those who don't know, NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month. People try to write a 50,000 word novel during the month of November. It doesn't have to be good...
